i have been grounded.. well i still am.. that is why i havent posted.. i very sneakily turned on my laptop right now but i dont have enough time to post chapters or much of anything else.. i will be back very soon.. i miss you guys! <3 thanks for bearing with me (: <3

As I stepped outside Bruno’s Jeep pulled up. I jumped in.

“You smell good,” I said.

“I always do,” Bruno said. “You look nice.”

“I always do,” I said mocking him.

“I already got our tickets,” Bruno said.

“Alright,” I said. “What are we watching?”

“It’s a surprise,” Bruno said. “You want popcorn?”

“Not really. I want ice cream,” I said. He bought me ice cream and got himself popcorn and we went inside the theater. The movie was about to start. We sat down. The title came up. A scary movie. I looked at Bruno.

“Really?” I said.

“I’m here for you, if you’re scared,” Bruno said wrapping his arm around my shoulder. I saw a couple next to him in a deep kissing session.

“Oh great, two shows,” I said pointing them out. He looked over.

“Want to make it three?” he asked leaning closer.

“I would if this were a date, but we established that it wasn’t, so no,” I said.

“So you wanted it to be a date?” Bruno asked.

“I didn’t say that,” I said.

“It’s like you did,” Bruno said. The lady in front of us shushed us.

“Don’t put words in my mouth,” I whispered.

“Alright. Let’s just establish this as a date then,” Bruno said.

“If you want a kiss why don’t you ask?” I said.

“Can I have a kiss?” Bruno asked smiling. I leaned in closer to him. I stopped when my lips were almost touching his and grazed his lower lip. He moved closer. I pulled back and looked at his puckered lips and closed eyes. He opened his eyes confused.

“No you may not have a kiss,” I said laughing.

“You tricked me,” Bruno said pushing me away playfully.

“Ha,” I said. The lady in front of us turned around to glare at us. She turned back around and I grabbed a popcorn kernel from Bruno’s tub and threw it at her head. She turned back around and hissed at Bruno.

“You got me again, bitch, tricked me twice in a row,” Bruno said.

“That’s what you get for being a whore,” I whispered into his ear and winked at him as I pulled away.

“This means war, better watch your back,” Bruno said. I focused on the movie for a while. A scary scene popped up and Bruno jumped.

“Don’t be a pussy,” I whispered at him.

“It caught me off guard,” Bruno explained.

“Mhmm, I think you’re going to have nightmares,” I said.

“Unless I dream of you. That’d be one good dream,” Bruno said smiling.

“I’d rather not know about it,” I said looking back at the screen. The movie ended and we walked out.

“I’m hungry, come eat with me,” Bruno said. He grabbed on to my hand and led me to a hamburger restaurant. We ordered our food and sat down to wait.

“That guy looks scary,” I said nodding towards a guy who looked like he could be a serial killer.

“You’re weird,” Bruno said looking at me funny. “You’re going to be judging people on our date?”

“I thought it wasn’t a date,” I said.

“Of course it is. I even told my mom about. I told her how the prettiest girl at school agreed to go out with  me,” Bruno said.

“Oh shut up,” I said laughing.

“Hey I did. She was so proud of me,” Bruno said.

“Did you tell her about the part of how you asked her to go out with you but just as friends?” I said.

“No, I left that part out actually,” Bruno said.

“Oh I see, a whore and a liar, oh Bruno,” I said.

“Hey you’re a bitch and a weirdo, we’re meant to be,” Bruno said. Our food was brought to us and we dug in.
